Tickets
On the ticket it says 9:00 am as the time, can I enter after that?
Yes, the event is accessible in the schedules:
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
My child is 12 years old where do I purchase the ticket?
Tickets for children up to and including 12 years old (so they do not have to be 13 years old to get in for free) can be purchased as Under 13 Complimentary.
Where do you buy tickets to enter the event?
Admission tickets can be purchased ONLINE, they can also be purchased on-site at a premium price. Tickets are limited so on site you will find tickets not sold online.
It may happen that on site during the day they sell out, the only certainty for admission is to purchase them online first.
Can I also purchase the ticket on the same day?
Yes, if there are still tickets available. Remember that the number of daily tickets is limited, we recommend that you purchase them online now. Tickets are limited in number so on site you will find tickets not sold online.

On the day of the event tickets are considered issued and declared to the SIAE so you will not be able to change or refund them under any circumstances.
Are purchased tickets refundable?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, as per the regulations for date certain events (e.g. an event with pre-sale concerts, theater, etc. etc.), please read carefully the “conditions of sale” present when finalizing your purchase.
On the day of the event, tickets are considered issued and declared to the SIAE so it will not be possible to change or refund them under any circumstances.
Once I have purchased the ticket(s) what should I do?
Each visitor must have a ticket, either in pdf format on his or her cell phone or printed, to access the event. You will receive an email with the tickets attached. We recommend looking for it in the email by typing “Ticket” if it is not displayed automatically. Each ticket has its own QR code. At the entrance of the Ricetto, each visitor will have to show his or her ticket to the control staff.
If I buy the ticket or tickets for the wrong day, can I cancel and order them for the right day?
Write an email forwarding the confirmation email with the attached tickets to assistenza@candeloeventi.it by the day of purchase. If the purchase is after 7 p.m. write an email now so that we can handle your request before 9 a.m. the next morning.
Tickets purchased on the day of the event for the same day cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances since they have already been declared to Siae (example May 20 purchase for May 20).
In any case, we recommend that you read the “terms of sale” from the vendor’s website before purchasing..
In case of bad weather can I be refunded or use the tickets on another date?
No, unfortunately for regulatory security reasons we have an entry limit for each date. Tickets are non-refundable, as with any event with presale. Please read carefully the “conditions of sale” present when finalizing your purchase.
I have purchased full tickets can I purchase guided tours?
Yes, if you made a mistake and purchased full tickets you can still book guided tours. We have dedicated a reduced rate to incentivize guided tours but if you made a mistake and purchased the whole ticket, no problem. Unfortunately, the ticket is non-refundable so we cannot refund you

Are there any exhibitors present?
Each day there are exhibitors displaying objects, decorations, wooden objects, felt objects, jewelry of various kinds , fabric or woolen products and much more; there are stands of food and wine products , for example, honey, hazelnuts and derivatives, typical Piedmont and Aosta Valley meats and cheeses, liqueurs and grappa, typical Piedmontese cookies and pastries – cuneesi, canestrelli, torcetti, and paste di meliga.
The wineries are open and our artisans are waiting to show you their products.

Eating
If I make a reservation at a restaurant inside the Ricetto during Candelo in Fiore, how do I do it?
The restaurant will notify us of your name, at the entrance to the Borgo let the staff know that you have made a reservation indicating the restaurant. It will be possible to enter just before lunchtime even without a ticket.
If I make a reservation at a restaurant outside the recetto can I return in the afternoon?
Yes, you will be able to re-enter the event but only by showing your ticket.

In what cases is the event not held?
The event is canceled only in case there are “red dot” indications from the civil defense. All situations within the normal weather phenomenology do not provide for the cancellation of the event.

Are there dedicated offerings for people with disabilities?
They enter free of charge including a companion but must take the complimentary ticket online. They have priority access to the entrance.
Is the Recetto accessible?
The Ricetto of Candelo is original from the Middle Ages, the inner streets are all cobbled; to access the inside of some of the cellars, where there are exhibitors, there are some steps. We invite you to view some photos on our social pages to better understand.
